Ty.phoo uses a technique to wash the tea which is highly selective for caffeine. This is thought to give a better flavour than some other methods.



“Does Ty.phoo green tea contain caffeine?”

Yes. Green tea contains roughly the same amount of antioxidants and minerals as black tea but slightly less caffeine.

Most Ty.phoo Fruit & Herb Infusions are naturally caffeine free.



“Are there any calories in tea?”

Black and green tea without milk has no calories. Adding semi-skimmed milk adds 13 calories per cup. Ty.phoo Fruit & Herb Infusions have less than 10 calories per cup.



Is there any added sugar in Ty.phoo Fruit & Herb Infusions?”

There is no sugar added at all. You'll only find trace amounts of natural fruit sugars, making them virtually sugar free and ideal for diabetics.
